U.S. President Donald J. Trump warned that Iran could face “total destruction,” stating that the outcome of his ultimatum regarding the Strait of Hormuz will become clear soon.
In a phone interview, Trump said, “you’ll find out what will happen… it will be very good,” suggesting imminent developments following his warning to Tehran.
He added that the situation is expected to “work out very well,” while reiterating strong criticism of NATO allies, accusing them of inaction.
Trump also blamed Iran for decades of hostile actions, saying the country is now “paying the price.”
